Each  Project Manager on our staff has from 10 to 24 years of experience in accounting and ecommerce management. They  have been in your shoes, and are familiar with the  particular issues that face online organizations.

Business Process Analysis/Lean Manufacturing

During the Implementation  planning phase, we will assist you in identifying the key processes that control your business. As  part of the implementation process, we will review  these processes with your key people and suggest  improvements to make your business more efficient.  We use Lean Manufacturing techniques to eliminate  the non-value added activities from your  organization. The heart of Lean Manufacturing lies in the elimination of waste, not just in a material sense, but in its application to everyday  activities. What this means is that organizational  focus is on all activities that do not directly  contribute to bottom line efficiency. If the  activity does not add value, it should be  eliminated. Our Value Stream Mapping applies  standard methods analysis to workplace activities,  from clerical, through manufacturing, to  managerial, seeking to eliminate as many non revenue-generating activities as possible.

Application Training

Our Application Consultants have real world experience in e-business and  financial management. They will not only train your users on the software, but they will assist your users in applying the software as a business tool to make your operations more efficient.

Custom Development

When the need arises for a custom application to complement your software suite, we have the technical expertise and  experience to provide you with applications that  integrate seamlessly with the core package. Our  developers have written custom applications in  both Visual Basic and Java to support our customer's unique needs. For custom reporting  and visibility requirements, we use Crystal Reports  as the solution of choice. Our Crystal developers have years of experience in providing  visibility of all complexity and scope.

Internet-based Training and  Support

We offer user training in our New York City training facility, in partnership with PCLC (Personal Computer Learning Centers) We also use WebEx powered technologies for web-based training and support for our customers.
